 गोविंद तू है कहा

देख ले अपनी दुनिया का हाल|

मना रहे हैं तेरा जन्मदिन

समय को समय में बांध रहे हैं||

तू काल है स्वयं

तेरा कोई काल नहीं||

तू आदी में जन्मा

अंत भी तुझमें ही है||

हे मधुसूदन!

मैं हूं तुझ में

कैसे मनाऊं तुम्हारा जन्मदिन||

तू आया तो अच्छा लगा

बड़ी देर बाद आया

शायद इसलिए और अच्छा लगा

तू फिर आना

मुझे अच्छा लगेगा

तेरे आने से म|हौल बदलेगा

कुछ नया नया सा एहसास मिलेगा

दिल को सुकून होगा

पर शायद वो कभी नहीं होगा

जिसके लिए हम तुम मिले थे||

Nothing is new

History is proof

Politics is power

And for power

Everything is fare

We are cheated

Story repeats

Nothing has changed

Poor are still poor

They will remain poor

Dreams remain unfulfilled

People are simple

They hate intricacies

They can't do more
