Verses of Love
Verses of Love
Two poets bound by nature's grace,
Lost in lines only love can trace.
They speak in whispers soft and deep,
Of rivers, woods, and mountains steep.
She pens of skies in endless hue,
Of dawns she wishes he could view.
Her words a dance, a morning mist,
Each line a place her heart has kissed.
He writes of trees, of winds that roam,
Of valleys where the wild things roam.
Each leaf he paints, each wave and shore,
Carries her name, forevermore.
They wander fields and flowered streams,
Their hearts in tune, their world a dream.
Through every verse, through night and day,
Their souls entwine, come what may.
For in the world of wind and light,
They find in words a love so bright.
Two poets, two hearts, bound in lines,
A love eternal, beyond all time.
