When will we meet, dear?

🌌 When Will We Meet, Dear? 🌌

When will we meet, dear?
You are seeing the sky tonight,
But I—
I feel your gaze in the eyes of the sky,
The same pain,
The same loneliness,
That travels light-years just to whisper,
"I miss you."

O Almighty,
If not in this realm of dust and breath,
Then let it be beyond the end of time,
Even at the last corner of the cosmos—
Where starlight fades into silence—
Let our souls embrace.

Earth is not our limitation,
We were never made just of soil and skin,
But of yearning,
Of eternal threads of love unseen.

If galaxies must turn,
If universes must collapse and rise again—
So be it.
But in some breath of infinity,
Let me find you again.
Let me be yours again.

Until then,
I'll speak to the stars
And sleep in their light—
Hoping you're doing the same
From the other side of the night.
